What is ‘Fàs’ is Fas Movement ?

‘Fàs’ is a Scottish Gaelic verb that means to ‘grow’ or ‘become’.

Fàs Movement trains using those philosophies to grow through proper exercise movements to become the strongest version of yourself to benefit your solo sport adventure.

That way you can have longevity in your activity!

What is the ‘FAS’ methodology?

F - Foundational Functions

We don’t think about what move looks the most impressive for social media or do a copy/paste of the same program to everyone, we think about what compound movements can enhance your workout programming based on how you love to move (because a white water kayaker will move differently than a ballet dancer).
By providing the right training methods for your needs, you can benefit by functioning at your best!

A - Accountable Activity

Accountability drives consistency and consistency drives improvements. Having a coach who is looking for you to do your best each day, and help you properly goal set to keep you on track, will help the results speak for themselves through you exploring your movement.

S - Sustainable Movement

In our activities, we strive for longevity. Most gyms work only on your “fitness”, whereby they try to “rush your results”, no matter what damage it does to you physically or mentally. We don’t want you to have short fun for long term injuries.

At Fàs Movement, we work to support you by keeping you healthy & well throughout your journey of reaching your short-term and long term goals because your body shouldn’t hold back what your mind wants to achieve!

What makes a good personal trainer?

Here’s the problem:
Personal Trainers aren’t personal!

See, at most gyms, you’re just a number, a new sale and a cog in the machine.

You’re packed into a crowded gym, you work with a half hearted trainer who is charging you each session to do a free program (that they got online) and you pay the overpriced bill for their “hard work”.
