‘Fàs’ is a Scottish Gaelic verb that means to ‘grow’ or ‘become’.
Fàs Movement trains using those philosophies to grow through proper exercise movements to become the strongest version of yourself to benefit your solo sport adventure.

I’m Coach Zo and I run things here at Fàs.
I work with clients on their goal setting, fitness programming and answering any questions they may have!
Ona is our security team, nap coordinator and greets those who need a quick belly rub break from their workout……not for them but for Ona…duh.
David is our intern and top sales associate…..well…he’s our only one but he holds strong to his top spot.
Maybe someday we’ll get him a paid position!
